On my home world, Csilla, there were no slugs, I hadn't ever even heard of them in my youth, so you can imagine my wonder and amazement when I first saw one, I fell in love with the slugs, not in a romantic way of course. I knew when I laid eyes on those beautiful creatures that I must protect them. This is precisely why I created the Following of the Duracrete Slugs.
The follow was a religion created purely from my love for the slugs and the need to preserve them. The ideals of the church are nearly same as the GSA. Our goal is to save the populations of the slugs and of course worship them. So as following the preservation part, when I heard of the GSA I knew that I must join, and encourage all slug lovers like me too join too.
