Hello, my name is Qyntos Damios, or Elder Rizuss. I am a member of the Following of the Duracrete Slug. Long before I got here, I was poor, dirty, and looking for a job. Jaereed showed me that slugs are more than they appear, and have an aptitude in sentience. My personal slug is called Bastavu, a high ranking slug of the following. I found him feeding on some rich man’s house. I decided his defiance was close to that of mine and so I took him with me. Black- with brown spots of duracrete, Bastavu is a man- not a slug- of intellectual thought and expression. He will naturally convey emotions through his complex movements and manipulations of his extremities. His wonderous ways only motivate me to continue my teachings of the Duracrete Slug to others. My poor background has allowed me to sympathize with many in the more rural areas of galactic space, from the lowly homeless man to the orphan down the street. My focus will be to teach the poorer and more desolate areas the ways of the Slug, and hopefully spring up monasteries overseen by Slugs and their servants. Bastavu shall reside in the grand slug temple yet to be erected. When the Slug overlords begin their take over, I shall welcome them, and beckon forth the first true golden age of our galaxy!
