We believe each and every slug deserves to contribute to the survival of it's species, just as any man or woman willing to help strengthen our cause should be helped and enabled to do so. So how can we help?

 

Thinning the Herd

There are millions and millions of slug populations around the galaxy, some in good shape some in very poor shape, the best thing you can do when encountering these creatures is turning your flamethrower on or just shooting them, swords or blades can also be used but we all know slug gunk is difficult to wash out of your hair and coveralls. This helps the other slugs in the area realize they have to keep on breeding and benefits to the preservation of a healthy slug population. (this factor has been determined true for Granite Slugs and is assumed similarly plausible for Duracrete Slugs.)

 

Adopting a specimen as pet

"Once every hundred years a slug will choose a master." known as an ancient Tioneese proverb to point out the fact that leadership calls forth intelligence and seldom would stupidity call forth the same. But slugs have been known to sometimes pick their actual masters, those masters are the proud owners of a pet they from that moment on can domesticate as a slimy bundle of love. Or in some cases even guardslugs, which Duracrete slugs seem quite appropriate for. Though we should never forget that every slug is an individual and has it's own needs and desires, just like we all! The Galactic Slugging Association will gladly help those that desire a slug, obtain one of excellent breed.

Zoology Project

The Galactic Slugging Association has started a trail-run on a Slugging daycare centre in the form of an All Slug Zoo.

Where this Zoo is going to be is unsure but this will allow busy private owners to display their Prize and joy for an extended period of time without having to fear their slimy bundle of joy would get lonely.
